Order preparation
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Estimated delivery times
- Standard shipping: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
- Express shipping: 2 to 3 business days after dispatch, when offered at checkout.
These times are estimates. They may vary during busy periods, carrier disruptions or circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the information is sent by email after dispatch.
Returns within 30 days
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Before sending anything back, email maison-kalim@outlook.com for instructions.
The item must be returned clean, complete and with its accessories, preferably in its original packaging. A simple inspection is accepted provided the product is not damaged or excessively used.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. KALIM covers them when the product received is damaged, defective or does not match the order.

Refund
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will inform you of the decision. If accepted, the refund is made to the original payment method within the applicable timeframe. Under the right of withdrawal, the refund may be delayed until the goods are recovered or proof of shipment is received.
